WELCOME

I'm new Doctor of Chiropractic and mommy. I recently graduated from Logan College of Chiropractic in St Louis, Missouri. I spent my first 4 years of college at the University of Pittsburgh where I majored in Clinical Dietetics and Nutrition. After graduation I immediately moved to St Louis and started chiropractic where I concurrently earned a second bachelors in Life Science and my DC (Doctorate of Chiropractic) and masters in Sports Science and Rehabilitation.

I started this blog so that my patients could have some place to turn to for chiropractic friendly health education, as well as a way to force myself to keep up with current health issues. I hope you enjoy, and I look forward to your questions and comments.
